My own personal journey revealed that my purpose is to help others find inner peace and healing from the traumas they’ve carried. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with both adults and children through deeply complex emotional experiences. I hold a DBS certificate, allowing me to work safely with children. The process I guide clients through is what I call “The Journey into Conscious Living”—a weekly commitment that helps individuals connect their emotions (the heart) with their thoughts (the mind). While we cannot change the past or predict the future, we can invite awareness into the present. This awareness becomes a powerful gateway to healing.
Through a Person-Centred approach, we explore the past to heal in the present—opening a path toward emotional freedom. This journey supports the safe emergence of feelings related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress, abandonment, neglect, sexual dysfunctions, and more. Each session is grounded in written reflective work to help clarify the way forward. If you feel called to begin your spiritual healing path, remember: the time is always now. With consistent weekly sessions, you can invest in your self-mastery and transformation. Every session is tailored to the individual, combining various therapeutic methods or focusing on one—always guided by your unique needs and circumstances.

Integral eye movement therapy is a therapeutic approach that aims to alleviate emotional distress and trauma-related symptoms by using specific eye movement patterns. Developed by Andrew T Austin in early 2000’s this technique has gained recognition for its effectiveness in addressing various psychological issues, including post- traumatic stress disorder (PTSD, and CPTSD) as well as anxiety and depression.
IEMT is based on the idea that certain eye movements can help access and reprocess traumatic memories, leading to emotional healing. The therapy draws on principles from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) but its distinct in its approach and techniques. IEMT focusses on the relationship between eye movements and the recall of emotional experiences, aiming to change the way these experiences are processed and stored in the brain. TFT is an energy- based approach that focuses on balancing the body’s energy flow to reduce negative emotions and their associated physical symptoms. Breath work training involves learning different types of breathing techniques to improve physical mental and emotional wellbeing.
Various techniques can be used for stress reduction, anxiety relief, increased energy, and deep relaxation of the whole body.
The benefits of breath work are immense. Trauma affects our nervous system over and over again until we’ve had enough. By taking responsibility and working with a coach we start to dissolve away the glue that sticks us to cycles of behaviour that we don’t particularly like or that we think we can’t control.
Breath work has many physiological benefits. It detoxifies the blood and oxygenates the system. It’s the switch from head to heart, a truly beneficial practice for a for filling and enriched life.
Sessions are one to one and last up to 1.5 hours. £45 per session
